Morris Dancing in Japan!

This is a blog about Performing Englishness in Japan: Morris Dancing Goes Global, a project by Dr LJ Wright.

Performing Englishness in Japan will explore the performance of English morris dancing in Japan. From 16th February to 1st March 2018, I will be travelling across Japan meeting members morris dance groups including Grand Hama Morris from Yokohama and Sanuki Morris from Takamatsu. The project's aims are to create stronger links between morris dancing groups in the UK and Japan.
